This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or returns may be accepted for purchases made from Erebus Works.
By placing an order with Erebus Works, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Digital Products (Comics / Downloads)
Erebus Works sells digital comics that may be accessed online or downloaded as PDF files.
Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final.
Refunds for digital products will only be issued in the following limited circumstances:
• duplicate payment
• payment processing error
• technical failure that prevents access to purchased content and cannot be resolved
Refund requests for these situations must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
3. Physical Products (Comics and Merchandise)
Physical products sold by Erebus Works include:
• printed comic volumes
• posters
• stickers
• bookmarks
• other merchandise
Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:
• the product arrived damaged
• the product is defective
• the wrong item was delivered
4. Return Request Time Limit
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

• order number
• description of the issue
• clear photographs of the product (if applicable)
5. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
• be unused
• be in their original condition
• include original packaging where possible
Returned items may be inspected before a refund or replacement is approved.
6. Shipping Charges for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
• a damaged product
• a defective product
• an incorrect item sent by Erebus Works
Where applicable, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):
• Customers are required to pre-pay both forward and potential return shipping charges.
• If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, the prepaid shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If a return is later approved after delivery acceptance, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
These conditions help prevent misuse of COD services.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued through one of the following methods:
• UPI transfer
• bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS)
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Actual credit time may vary depending on banking systems.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery:
• digital comic downloads
• opened or used merchandise
• items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment of physical items.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
Digital products cannot be cancelled after purchase.
11. Delivery and Shipping
Orders are shipped through authorised courier partners within India.
Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days from dispatch depending on location.
Erebus Works is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations or circumstances beyond our control.
12. Dispute Resolution
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from purchases made from Erebus Works shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
